Terms and Conditions

Once an online, written or verbal booking has been accepted by Gail Oakley, the client will have entered into an agreement to have a treatment based on the following terms and conditions:

Payment – clients make payment with Stripe via the online booking form, bank transfer or cash either before or the time of treatment.  Unless by prior arrangement payment should be received at least 24 hours before treatment is scheduled.  Non payment will result in no treatment.

Cancellations/ rescheduled appointments – A minimum of 24 hours notice is required . Payment for each treatment is required in full if the session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or the client fails to attend.

Discretionary waiver of charges for missed/ changed appointments – Gail Oakley also understands that emergencies can happen and is happy to discuss specific circumstances that may allow for rescheduling of an appointment within 24 hours.

Mobile treatments

If a client is not home/present at the treatment location when Gail Oakley arrives, she will wait up to 15 minutes for the client to arrive. If the treatment is able to go ahead, the 15 minutes will have to be deducted from treatment time, with no partial refund. If the client is a no-show, Gail Oakley reserves the right to leave the premises.  No refund will be issued.

Gail Oakley treats both male and female clients. However, when treating male clients, another female adult must be present at location (not necessarily in the same room).

At no time will a client be encouraged to stop medical treatment or reduce or change their prescription drugs without prior discussion with a GP or consultant first. It is also the client’s responsibility to consult with their GP and get approval before any treatments can commence.
