Holistic/Swedish Massage - 1 hour £60

Swedish/holistic massage is a holistic massage that aims to relax and calm the mind and body as well as improve blood flow to the massaged areas, relaxes the soft tissues and increase circulation.

Swedish massage consists of light to firm, but gentle, gliding pressure continuously applied along the upper and lower back, over your shoulders and arms, and legs. This replicates the body’s natural blood circulation, thereby helping increase blood flow and eliminating toxins.

The massage includes the front and back of your legs,feet,arms,hands,back, and shoulders.

Every massage can be tailored to your specific needs and areas of focus.

    Thai Foot Massage - 1 Hour £60

    Thai foot massage has been around for thousands of years.  It uses thumbs, hands, and a wooden acupressure tool using rubbing, kneading, stretching out and vibration techniques.  These manipulate the pressure points, energy lines and basic body forces, which together produce a highly theuraputic effect.

    Natural Lift Facial Massage - 1 Hour £60

    Natural Lift Facial Massae is a holistic facial treatment that incorporates a unique blend of highly effective techniques drawn from Japanese Face massage, Indian Face massage and Ayurveda.  This treatment uses a combination of techniques to improve the complexion, removes toxins from the face, prevent and reduce facial wrinkles and age spots whilst balancing the life force energy holistically, helping to improve overall health

    Indian Head Massage - 20 minute add on session

    Indian Head massage focuses on your head, neck and shoulders.  it is a deep massage, using a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, and stretching the neck.  it is done fully clothed whilst in a seated position.
