Holistic/Swedish Massage - 1 hour £55
Swedish/holistic massage is a holistic massage that aims to relax and calm the mind and body as well as improve blood flow to the massaged areas, relaxes the soft tissues and increase circulation.
Swedish massage consists of light to firm, but gentle, gliding pressure continuously applied along the upper and lower back, over your shoulders and arms, and legs. This replicates the body’s natural blood circulation, thereby helping increase blood flow and eliminating toxins.
The massage includes the front and back of your legs,feet,arms,hands,back, and shoulders.
Every massage can be tailored to your specific needs and areas of focus.

Thai foot massage has been around for thousands of years. It uses thumbs, hands, and a wooden acupressure tool using rubbing, kneading, stretching out and vibration techniques. These manipulate the pressure points, energy lines and basic body forces, which together produce a highly theuraputic effect.
