 I have agreed to receive Reiki Angelic Alchemy Healing, a Healing by R.A.A.H practitioner, Gail Oakley

I understand that the treatments will incorporate energy work, and I am willing to be guided through relaxation

I understand that all healing is self-healing and Gail Oakley is only a “facilitator” in the process of helping me to resolve my own problem(s). I understand that change is my own and full responsibility.

I understand if I am undergoing this energy work, I may be assigned “homework” or be asked to make changes to my life by my “Higher Self” in order to complete and solidify any healing or changes begun in our Healing Session today.

I understand that the R.A.A.H Healing technique can assist in stress reduction, relaxation and overall wellness, but is not intended to replace proper diagnostic/medical/clinical/psychological care.

I understand that I should seek assistance from a licensed medical professional for any serious psychological/physical/emotional ailments that I have. I understand that I would consult my regular medical doctor or health care practitioner for treatment of any old, new or existing medical conditions.

I accept full liability for my personal choices or actions undertaken as a result of my treatment.

I also hereby agree to Gail Oakley’s Cancellation Policy, being that I will notify Gail Oakley no less than 24 hours in advance of any appointments that need to be changed.
